About Us
For over 13 years, Dreamers Academy Camp has been transforming passionate young minds into ethical, articulate, and globally minded leaders.
Dreamers Academy Rwanda is an annual camp program founded in 2012. Aiming to teach critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and community leadership skills to youths impacted by the 1994 genocide. The first Dreamers Academy Camp occurred in 2013, initially with about 105 students and 20 volunteers. It has since grown into a 10-day intensive on debate, public speaking, leadership, and skills like coding, reaching over 900 students by its 10th edition in 2025. Early camps built on Rwanda's emerging debate culture to promote active citizenship.

To empower Rwandan youth with the critical thinking, public speaking, and leadership skills necessary to bridge the gap between traditional education and real-world impact.
